1. Where are you based?

2. What areas do you cover?

 

Due to the highly personalised nature of our Bespoke Design Service we are able cover all areas in North West England and North Wales. For our lighter touch services; 'Inspiration Consultation' and 'Interior Refresh' which are online interior design services, we can work with you regardless of your location.

 

3. What services do you offer?

4. What sort of price can I expect to pay for a full Bespoke Design Service?

 

All projects are unique and we will provide a bespoke fee proposal for your project after a site visit. We operate on a fixed fee basis so you know from the outset how much you need to budget for our professional design services.

5. What about Trade discounts?

 

As an interior design studio, we may receive trade discounts from our suppliers ranging anywhere between 5%-50%. As part of the Bespoke Design Service where we handle the procurement for your project, you will benefit from these discounts. 

 

6. Do you charge for a site visit?

 

After we have had an initial consultation or discovery call with you, and we feel that the project is a good fit for Holla Design, we will arrange a chargeable site visit. The price will vary depending on location and is redeemable against the design fees for your project, should you agree to go ahead.

 

7. What is your Design Process?

8. How do I know you’re a good fit for my project?

 

Hopefully you’ve had a look through our portfolio and you like what you see! The next step is to arrange a free discovery call so you can find out more about us, ask any questions you may have and then we will ask you some questions about you and your project. We only take on projects that we feel are a suitable match for Holla Design.

 

9. What kind of clients do you like to work with?

Our clients come to us to take control of their residential interior project and because they like our style. As a potential client, you are actively looking for an interior designer, ready to invest in our services and your home, open to new ideas and wanting our professional opinion and advice.

 

10. When is the best time to get an interior designer involved in a project?

​

It's never too early to get an interior designer involved in your project, but it can be too late! We can't tell you how many times we have been brought in when it's too late and there are some things that we would have done very differently on a project. As soon as you know that you're ready to renovate and have a budget in mind, we advise you to contact us.

 

11. Do you have a trusted network of contractors / architects / manufacturers to work with?

We have a network of trusted suppliers and contractors that we have worked with in the past and continue to do so. We prefer working with our own contractors but if you have someone in mind then we are happy to meet with them and go from there.
